In this episode, Aprao chats to Brent Thompson, founder of Siera Group, a highly skilled developer with more than 15 years of experience in Brisbane’s residential and commercial property industries. Brent is well-regarded within Brisbane’s property industry, receiving the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland Young Leaders Award in 2018. He is also currently serving as a member of the UDIA’s Brisbane City Council Policy Committee. We discuss how far the development industry has come over the last 5 years, the biggest pain points facing developers today, how best to approach a relationship with technology and what solutions are currently adding the most value for developers.
