Aprao Platform Update: Drag & Drop, Project Notes, Improved Sharing

We have been busy working on some exciting new features here at Aprao HQ. Today we have released a new version of Aprao for all customers.

As usual, there's no need to install any updates or take any action, the latest version rolls out like magic and it will be there for you to enjoy as soon as you log in.

To help show you these new features, we have prepared this short video. Enjoy.

To recap these new features:

• Drag and drop - this means you can reorganise your projects by simply dragging and dropping. As well as easily changing the list/status of each project you can now reorder lists to help you prioritise your projects.
• Project notes - you can now capture any notes on your project from the project screen. This is a great place to keep track of essential information, links to planning, contact details and also any key information you want to keep track of. If you have multiple users on Aprao, you can now also share these notes across users so you can see what your colleagues have been working on. If you are interested in multi user access, contact us at support@aprao.com.

• Improved sharing - you no longer need to manually copy the link from the sharing option. We have introduced a 'Copy Link' button which makes the process much easier, particularly from touch screen devices such as iPads.
